Welcome to the beta
This page takes you from your invitation to a planned day. You need the iPhone app: it builds your route and records your visits. Step 3 is easier at a computer.
Install the app
Dayworth AI is distributed through TestFlight, Apple's official app for beta testing. Apple has reviewed and approved this beta, and it installs like any other app.
- On your iPhone: App Store, search TestFlight, tap Get.
- Then tap this on the phone:
- View in TestFlight, Accept, Install.
Your Apple Watch installs it automatically.
Sign in
Use the address your invitation was sent to.
Signing in with Apple? Choose Share My Email. Hide My Email creates a new address, and a new address is not the invited one. This is the most common reason sign-in fails.
Allow location when prompted. It is what provides directions and records your arrivals.
Load your accounts, at a computer
Most work phones will not let you open a spreadsheet, so this step is easier at a computer. It is not instead of the phone: the computer only handles the file.
- Open dayworth.ai on a computer and sign in with the same address.
- Export your accounts from your CRM as CSV or Excel.
- Select Add my accounts and drop the file in.
A business name and a street address are enough. Any other columns we recognise are imported as well.
Open the app again
Your accounts are already there. They travel encrypted to your account and arrive on the phone automatically.
Your first day
- Plan a day from here on the Home screen builds the day in order, with arrival times and who to ask for.
- Log the visit at a stop, and speak your note.
- Home also shows a Get started card: short lessons on each feature, which tick themselves as you use the app. It never gets in the way. Hide it any time, and find the lessons again under Help and guide in Account.
Telling us what you find
Reporting what you run into is the whole point of a beta, and there is no report too small. Pick whichever is nearest to hand.
A sentence about anything
Tap the speech bubble in the app and describe what happened. It reaches the team straight away, and it is the fastest of the three.
It attaches the screen you were on, the app version and any recent errors, which is usually enough to find the cause. No account or customer details are included.
A screenshot
Open TestFlight, select Dayworth AI, and tap Send Beta Feedback. You can attach screenshots and a note. On a screen that is wrong or confusing, a picture tends to explain it faster than a paragraph.
Crashes are reported automatically, so there is nothing to send after one.
Anything longer
Email support@dayworth.ai, or simply reply to your invitation. Attach as many screenshots as you like.
Every message is read by a person, and what you send is what gets fixed next.
If something goes wrong
It says private beta
The address you signed in with is not the invited one. Sign out and use the address your invitation was sent to. If that is the address you used, reply to your invitation and we will correct it.
Apple gave me an address I do not recognise
That is Hide My Email, which creates a relay address in place of your own. Sign in with Apple again and choose Share My Email.
My work email will not open the links
Point your camera at the QR code above, or forward the invitation to a personal address. The confirmation email can be ignored as well: your accounts are backed up without it.
